Shipping, Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
Shipping
Once you place the order, we will make the arrangements for shipping the products to you. The details about the same will be duly communicated for your tracking. The normal timeframe to deliver an order will be 3 - 5 working days, however the same can be further delayed depending on your location and during certain unforeseen circumstances such as natural calamities, etc.
Returns
We accept returns only if a product is wrongly delivered to you or the packing is incomplete or the product is damaged. However, this should be informed to us within 48 hours of the delivery of the shipment for us to consider the same. Also kindly note that the products must be returned back to us in their original condition. We do not offer reverse pickup of the shipment and any such returns should be initiated from your end.
Cancellations And Refund
You can only cancel an order that is not processed from our end. Once the product is shipped, a cancellation will not be possible. Please connect with us using the details given on the site in order to check regarding any cancellations.
Once the cancellation is confirmed, we will refund the amount paid back to you. Kindly allow us 2 -3 working days to process the refund.
We do not offer refunds as a process, however, we do consider exceptions and depending on the validity and the cause. Kindly note that the decision to refund is completely under our discretion
